| Details: | found female chihuahua with collar, no tags. It also had leash attached. People were throwing things at it and trying to catch her. Neighbors said she wandered streets for at least a week before. Very loving but sad, still afraid of people. I found 2 dogs and can't keep either, they need loving home. They really love each other.
